A HDR Autumn Evening in the Moor

This evening we did a short walk in the moor called Brackvenn in Belgium. We really enjoyed the light.

This morning I was looking for droplets during our walk in the moor.

The Urftstaumauer

The Urftstaumauer and Urftstausee are located in the Eifel National Park. At the time of origin the Urftalsperre was the largest retaining lake in Europe.

The Getzbach

The Getzbach is one of two rivers that supplies the dam called Wesertalsperre. The Wesertalsperre near Eupen is located in the German-Belgian Naturepark Hohes Venn and is the drinking water supply for Eupen.

Camping in Nettersheim

After a long time, we finally managed to pack our clothes and go camping again. We decided to camp at the Freilinger See close to Nettersheim. Nettersheim is famous for all its butterflies. So we went there for a walk.

The weather was a bit cold but the sun was shining all the time. The night sky with all its stars was absolutely beautiful.

Before and after Pranayama Class

I left home quite early this morning to be on time for the pranayama class with David Lurey at Yogaworx in Aachen. I have been looking forward to this class for weeks.
Since I had still some time left, I couldn’t resist to take a shot of the train station which is close by.
Now it’s after class and I’m so happy. Especially since there are still a few sessions to go. Using the time between the sessions for a short lunch and to enjoy the sun, I crossed the marketplace which is so full of life today.

Finally I ended up in the wonderful new cupcake cafe called Cuperella. The cupcakes are absolutely delicious.
